About the Role

As an AI Analytics Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of client data & AI systems. This starts with designing scalable data warehouses and continues through the entire data lifecycle. Working closely with our Data Engineer who handles initial extraction, you will take the lead in transforming and modeling that data from sources like HubSpot, Exact Online, and Stripe. Your goal is to create structured datasets that are tuned for AI agents.

Beyond the technical build, you will implement the safeguards and data quality checks that ensure our AI solutions operate safely and reliably.

About You

You are a builder at heart, but with the discipline of an architect. You combine deep technical skill with a structured, thoughtful approach, and you believe in doing things the right way.

• You are highly proficient in SQL, with proven experience transforming, optimizing, and modeling data into clean, structured, and reliable datasets.
• You have hands-on experience building and managing a cloud data warehouse, with Google BigQuery being a strong advantage.
• You understand how to translate business needs into technical solutions and can clearly communicate your work, whether in documentation or a client meeting.
• You are proactive and detail-oriented by nature. You don't wait for instructions to find opportunities for improvement and you take ownership of the quality and integrity of your work.
• You are a genuine team player - curious, collaborative, and always eager to learn.

Familiarity with orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow, data integration platforms like Fivetran, and version control with Git is a plus, as it shows you’re comfortable in a modern data stack.
